... this sweet little guy came into our lives. Where has the time gone?! He should not be this big already. At six months old, Braxton:

loves food! Rice cereal, green beans, peas, sweet potatoes, peas, squash, applesauce, pears, bananas, apricots. He eats everything! And he makes the cutest little yummy noises while he eats.

And he can hold his own bottle... sometimes... And he loves to drink water. Sometimes I will let him drink out of my glass. He usually doesn't even spill.

He doesn't roll over yet, but he is a champion at this side back-bend thing. The CPNP that we see for his check-ups said that this is perfectly normal. She said that babies are attracted to different activities at different rates. That is why some babies roll first, some scoot, and some skip everything and just walk. So rolling just doesn't appeal to Brax right now. And that's just fine.

Brax puts everything in his mouth. And he always tries to sneak cords and strings into his mouth when mommy isn't looking... little stinker!

I told you he puts everything in his mouth! We bought these little links at Target for like two bucks. Best investment ever. They go everywhere with us.

Brax is such a little goofball! He thinks he is
hilarious. Sometimes he will be playing by himself on the floor and just bust up laughing. It is the cutest thing ever!

He looks like such an angel when he sleeps. Normally, he sleeps about 11 hours at night and has 3-4 naps during the day.
However, since his shots a week ago, he has not slept through the night at all. And he has decided that he wants his day to start at 5:00 am. This makes for one
tired mama. Hopefully it ends soon.

This month, Braxton also discovered his feet and how to suck on them.

Braxton sits up by himself. We still play with the boppy pillow sometimes, but he doesn't really sit in it. He likes to scratch it and play with the tag. Braxton is
obsessed with all the tags on his toys right now.

I think that Braxton will be getting teeth soon. You can see the little bumps on his gums. They have been there for a while, but maybe they are finally going to come in.
Who knows, maybe that's why he has been such a little turd this week... Braxton Buddy,
Your daddy and I love you so much. Our lives are so much better with you here. You are the sweetest little guy. Your laugh is so contagious, and brings us so much joy. You have the most beautiful blue eyes and the cutest dimples when you smile. I love watching you play and watching you try to figure things out. You are a smart little bugger, and even though you don't crawl or roll, you have still figured out how to get into everything! You are a very coordinated baby and are getting much better at using your hands. Lately, you always try to touch mommy's and daddy's face. You have also started making some new noises that are really fun. You love to cook with mommy and you think that making the bed is
hilarious! You are our best friend, and we love you so much. We know that you are very special and that Heavenly Father loves you so so much!
Love you Buddy Boy!
Mommy
