Two Months

Braxton had his two month appointment with the pediatrician on Thursday. He is 24" long (85%), 13 pounds 2 ounces (80%), with a head circumference of 15" (11%). He is growing so quickly, and here are some pictures to show the progress he has made in the past month.

Aunt Kelsey recently moved to Provo and loves playing with Braxton. She is so good at getting him to smile. They already have a sweet bond.

At two months, Braxton has hit many milestones and is quickly approaching others. He smiles all the time, and it is absolutely adorable! He loves to lay on the floor and kick his feet or stare at the lights. He coos all the time when he is happy! He is still an excellent sleeper and usually only wakes up once during the night to eat and get a diaper change. He hates tummy time, but is still managing to get better at holding his head up. His eyes are still blue, but they are pretty dark. We hope they stay this color because they are so unique!

Some upcoming milestones that we are looking forward to are hearing him giggle and rolling over. Supposedly, babies usually begin to giggle sometime during the third month. Brax is already able to roll onto his side so its just a matter of time until he will be able to make it all the way over.

Braxton is such a joy to our family. We love him so much and can't imagine life without him. We are learning so much from him and absolutely love being parents.
